Pincon Spirit to allot shares

Pincon Spirit will issue up to 57.06 lakh share warrants to 10 entities on preferential basis. The company’s board of directors on Tuesday approved a proposal to raise funds through issue of warrants, Pincon Spirit said in an exchange filing. These include its promoter Monoranjan Roy. However, the company has not disclosed the quantum of funds proposed to be raised through the preferential allotment. Shares of Pincon Spirit gained 0.94 per cent at ₹64.25 on the BSE.
