The stock of Tecpro Systems will remain in focus on Wednesday, as it declares its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015. Tecpro has been making losses in the preceding five quarters. For the fiscal ended March 2014, it reported a loss of ₹567.92 crore on revenues of ₹862.56 crore. The company has been registered with the BIFR under the Sick Industrial Companies Act for restructuring.
