V-Mart Retail finalises allotment to anchor investors

Value retailer V-Mart Retail finalised allocation of about 6.74 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at a price of Rs 210 an equity share aggregating to Rs 14.16 crore.

Of the total allocation of 6,74,400 equity shares to anchor investors, the majority of about 64.7 per cent has been allocated to IDFC Premier Equity Fund while the balance 35.3 per cent has gone to Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund.

The New Delhi based V-Mart Retail is proposing a public issue of 44.96 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each comprising a fresh issue of 27.61 lakh equity shares by the company and an offer-for-sale of 17.35 lakh equity shares by Naman Finance and Investment Private Ltd. The issue will constitute 25.04 per cent of the post issue paid-up capital of the company.
