Former Axis Bank chief Dharmesh Mehta along with clutch of investors have acquired 100 per cent stake in IDFC Securities Ltd.
“IDFC and IDFC Financial Holding Company (IDFC FHCL), based on the decision at their respective board meetings held yesterday, have entered into an understanding with Dharmesh Mehta along with other investors. Pursuant to the understanding, acquirers will purchase 100 per cent equity stake of IDFC Securities Ltd from IDFC FHCL ,” IDFC said in a regulatory filing.
