ICICI Lombard GIC launches ‘Complete Health Insurance’ scheme

Private insurer ICICI Lombard General Insurance today introduced a comprehensive product aimed at covering the health insurance requirements of consumer and his family.

“Our ‘Complete Health Insurance’ is the final outcome of detailed market research undertaken to understand the specific benefits that consumers expect in a health insurance solution. Features like a wide range of sum insured from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 50 lakh, lifetime entry or renewability, OPD coverage and maternity benefits will be useful in meeting the consumers’ health insurance requirements,” ICICI Lombard GIC Managing Director and CEO Bhargav Dasgupta said in a release.

The plan also offers critical illness cover, wellness and preventive healthcare, medical evacuation, personal accident cover, newborn baby cover, compassionate visit, nursing at home or patient care, donor expenses and floater benefit.

It is available for tenure of 1 or 2 years, for both individual as well as family floater plans.

ICICI Lombard GIC is a joint venture between ICICI Bank and Fairfax Financial Holdings, a Canada-based diversified financial services company engaged in general insurance, reinsurance, insurance claims management and investment management.
