The board of directors of Karnataka Bank Ltd has designated Raghurama, General Manager of the bank, as the Chief Financial Officer.
The bank informed the BSE on Friday that Raghurama, who is heading the finance function of the bank, has been designated as CFO with effect from May 7, in the place of P Jairama Hande.
