Kotak Mahindra Group today announced two senior leadership changes. These appointments will be effective July 1, 2012.
Mr Paul Parambi, currently Head-International Business will become Head-Group Strategy.
He will take over from Mr TV Raghunath to drive organic and inorganic business growth strategy.
Mr Parambi has been associated with the group since 1991 and with the International Business since 1995.
Mr Gaurang Shah, President, Asset Management and Life Insurance Businesses, Kotak Mahindra Group, will succeed Mr Parambi taking on the additional responsibility as Head of International Business.
Mr Shah has spent over 15 years with the Kotak group.
