As many as 50,000 applications have been received for admission to the first-year MBBS course (2013-2014) in the Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research.
The last date for submission of applications on line is May 4, a spokesman of the institute said.
The first-year MBBS course has 145 seats including four seats for candidates under Central pool. The entrance exam is slated for June 2.
