Karan Adani, CEO, Adani Ports and SEZ, and son of Gautam Adani, Chairman, Adani Group, has visited Apollo Hospitals to enquire about the health of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J Jayalalithaa, who has been undergoing treatment since September 22.
"I have specially come from Ahmedabad on behalf of my family to wish honourable chief minister a speedy recovery," he told in a statement to BusinessLine .
Adani met M Thambidurai, Deputy Speaker, Lok Sabha, and Tamil Nadu Health Minister C Vijay Bhaskar, at the hospital.
"I am told she is recovering very well. We pray God for a speedy recovery," he said.
He spent nearly 20 minutes inside the hospital and left without speaking to the waiting media persons outside the hospital.
