Covai Senior Care Constructions and MAK Projects today announced the launch of a senior speciality luxurious retire-apartment project in Hyderabad.
Serene MAK will be part of the Banyan Tree Retreat located in a landscaped plot. Banyan Tree Retreat is a gated and guarded community in Hyderabad on the Srisailam Highway.

This project will be spread over three acres and would take about 30 months to complete. Prices start at Rs 20.86 lakh (basic cost) for a 1BHK apartment. The size of the apartments would range from 732 sq. ft. to 1519 sq. ft.
