The Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a research centre in the area of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the umbrella of IIT Madras, will conduct its third edition of a 3-day summer camp for school students on 'Social Innovation through Technology'.
The camp to be held from May 6 to 8 at IIT Madras will create awareness on the role of technology and entrepreneurship to solve socially relevant issues among schools students.
The programme has been arranged in two sessions per day. It is open to students of class 11 and 12 with science background. Interested students can register through this website www.csie.iitm.ac.in. The registration fees of Rs 500 can be directly paid on the first day of the programme. The fee will be waived for students from government schools. The registration is already open; the last day for the registration is April 20, says a press release.
