Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is organising a two-day training programme on Chocolate and Sugar Confectionery.
The training has been scheduled for February 17 and 18.
It is expected to train participants in making home-made chocolates, fruit candy, chikkies, lollipop and jujups, fondant, fudge toffee and caramel.
The training fee for the two-day programme is ₹1,000.
The University has invited interested applicants to register for the programme either directly or by remitting the fee by way of a (State Bank of India) demand draft drawn in favour of Professor and Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on or before February 17.
