Southern Investments has launched limited edition luxury homes – Rio Vista – in Aluva on the banks of Periyar River. This is the 161st project of the company and 36th in Kochi.
Jacob Chandy, Director (Operations), said that the company has a strong presence in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. It is currently developing 13.33 lakh sq ft of projects worth ₹331.69 crore. The projects worth ₹25.10 crore is in the discussion and planning stage.
The company is also planning projects worth ₹398 crore in the next five years, he added.
