Treda property show begins in Hyderabad

The three-day property show by Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (Treda) began here on Friday at Hitex, Madhapur.

The Union Minister for Urban Development, M Venkaiah Naidu, formally inaugurated the exhibition which has about 180 stalls put up by many real estate developers and buildings showcasing their properties.

Speaking on the occasion, P Dasharath Reddy, President, Treda, said the property prices in Hyderabad were "reasonable and affordable’’ compared to any other metro and even in comparison to a few smaller metros in the country.

Leading banks and financial institutions like LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, Dewan Housing Finance Ltd, HDFC Ltd, ICICI Bank, State Bank of Hyderabad, Andhra Bank, and Central Bank of India are also participating in the property show.

The entry is free for all visitors and the organisers are also offering a lucky dip for all visitors with prizes such as a Hyundai Eon car and two Tata Nano cars, gold and silver coins.
