The Rainmaker Events team, comprising Aravind and Lijo Skariah, has emerged winners at the regional round and made it to the national finals of the Tata Crucible Business Quiz 2012, to be held in Mumbai on October 7.
Midhun V. Z. and Ramees Saleem from Federal Bank were runners-up. K. Kesavasamy, Head, TCS, Thiruvananthapuram, awarded the cash prize of Rs 75,000 to the winning team and Rs 35,000 to the runner-up team.
The Thiruvananthapuram regional round saw participation from 16 teams consisting of corporates from some of the leading companies.
The quiz was conducted by ace quizmaster Giri Balasubramaniam a.k.a. ‘pick brain.’
