A federal courthouse in Boston had been evacuated amid conflicting reports that a suspect in the deadly Boston Marathon bombing is in custody.
Attorney Francis DiMento says he was in a hearing when someone announced a “code red” on the loudspeaker and told everyone to get out in a hurry.
Crowds of reporters were gathered outside. The FBI and the US attorney’s office in Boston say no arrests have been made in Monday’s bombing near the finish line of the world’s most famous marathon.
The courthouse has a daycare attached, and at least one crib was wheeled out.
