AvH Resources India Pvt Ltd has increased its stake in Sagar Cements Ltd from 15.68 per cent to 18.55 per cent.
The increase in stake was done through the open market purchase of over 4.98 lakh shares on September 13, the Hyderabad-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The Sagar Cements scrip lost 3.27 per cent on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday and was trading at Rs 170 shortly before the end of trading hours.
