Educomp Solutions has said that following the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) scheme approved by the Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell, promoter Shantanu Prakash has infused till date over Rs 30.46 crore as promoter contribution as zero per cent unsecured loan.
The loan would be discharged later by issuance of equity or equity related instruments or otherwise, Educomp said in a communication to the BSE.
