Educomp Solutions informed the stock exchanges that its subsidiary, Educomp Online Supplemental Service, has completed stake sale of its entire 55.41 per cent holding in Gateforum Educational Services to ASK Pravi Private Equity Opportunities Fund, acting through its trustee, IL & FS Trust Company Ltd.
Gateform is a GATE (graduate aptitude test in engineering) coaching institute. It has 65 centres across the country with an enrollment of over 30,000 students, according to a statement from Educomp Solutions.
