Binani Industries plans to acquire Composite Products Inc (CPI) Winona, Minnesota, US, for an undisclosed amount.
CPI is engaged in the manufacture of composite products. Once the deal is completed, Binani Composites, US, the subsidiary of Binani Industries, will be merged with CPI, the company said in an announcement on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
