Eaton showcases products for datacentre, infrastructure industries

Power management company Eaton showcased its products for the datacentre, infrastructure, construction, machine-building, pharmaceutical and oil and gas industries during a Technology Day in Bangalore.

The Technology Day in Bangalore is part of a global Eaton initiative that leverages these events to reach out to customers, influencers and end-users to enable effective market interactions across major regions and key industry segments.

“Bangalore is among the fastest growing cities in India and it has also supported the growth and expansion of major industry segments,” said Nitin Chalke, Managing Director - India, Eaton, adding that demand for its portfolio of offerings from its electrical, hydraulics and filtration businesses is coming from the rising demands of the datacentre, infrastructure, construction, machine building, pharmaceutical and oil and gas industries.

At the Technology Day, Eaton showcased its range of Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPSs), lighting solutions, fire alarm panels and detectors, HT fuses, circuit-breakers, push buttons, emergency exit signages, emergency lighting signages and contactors, through which it has been supporting the evolving infrastructure and datacentre industries. The machine-builders are focused on manufacturing simplified, compact and lower cost machines, and Eaton’s high-end hydraulic pumps, valves and filtration solutions suit their requirements.

Eaton’s offerings for the machine builders were showcased along with Begerow filters, bag filters, cartridge filters, isolators and surge protection devices for the pharmaceutical industry. Eaton’s capabilities in the construction industry were showcased with its range of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, couplings, hoses, STC kits and walterschied kits, company officials added.
