Heritage Madurai bags award

Heritage Madurai has been bestowed with the ‘Today's Traveler Award for the Best Heritage Hotel-South India 2011'. Ms Rukmini Thiagarajan, Director of Grand Luxe Hotels Ltd, received the award on behalf of Heritage Madurai, at the 5th edition of the awards incorporated by Gill India Communications Pvt Ltd, in a function held at New Delhi recently. Heritage Madurai, a five-star green resort of the South, was felicitated with the prestigious award for its rare and gracious initiative to preserve the historic property in all of its tradition and for exquisitely culminating the experience of grandeur and tradition, said a press release. —
