Himadri Chem posts net loss of Rs 12.51 cr

Himadri Chemicals & Industries Ltd reported a Rs 12.51 crore net loss for the quarter to December 31, 2011, against a profit of Rs 29.44 crore in the corresponding period the previous year. A loss of Rs 37.22 crore on account of currency fluctuations was not, however, charged to the profit and loss account as has been its practice, but was adjusted against fixed asset cost.
