Kohler sets up Rs 60-cr plant in Gujarat

Kohler India, a kitchen and bath design-products maker, on Thursday inaugurated its only tap-manufacturing plant in India at Jhagadia in Bharuch district of Gujarat, set up with an investment of Rs 60 crore. Inagurating the plant, Mr David Kohler, President, Kohler Co., said, the new plant will bring Kohler's global expertise in design to Indian homes with world-class taps for kitchens and bathrooms. Kohler owns more than 200 acres of land in Jhagadia. The facility has been set up on 25 acres next to a ceramic-ware plant established earlier on 90 acres.
