Pradip Kumar Satpathy assumed charge as Director (Production) of NMDC Limited, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel.
Satpathy held key positions in various projects of NMDC.
Prior to this appointment as Director (Production), he was General Manager of BIOM, Kirandul Complex, Chhattisgarh. He has over 31 years of experience in the field of iron ore and copper mining.
Prior to joining NMDC in 1996, Satpathy worked in Hindustan Copper Limited in Malanjkhand Copper Project in various key positions, according to a statement from NMDC.
