UniverCell, which is a major mobile phone distributor in with 425 outlets, is opening an UniverCell LIVE outlet that seeks to offer customers live, hands on experience while buying a mobile, in Coimbatore.
Coimbatore is the fourth city where UniverCell is opening an UniverCell LIVE outlet after Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. The company claims a customer base of over 15 million and claims to have grown into a $ 150 million company.
UniverCell LIVE showroom is being opened at Brookfield Mall by actor and brand ambassador Mr. Madhavan on Saturday, which would be followed by a gala event to crown the `Smart Jodi’ of Coimbatore, according to a company release. Eom/ryn/17.45 hrs
