Amway India chief William Pinckney and directors Sanjay Malhotra and Anshu Budhraja have been remanded to custody by a court in Kalpetta in Kerala’s Wayanad district.
The three were arrested yesterday by the Wayanad police on charges of financial fraud in three separate cases registered there.
Earlier yesterday, they had secured anticipatory bail against arrest by the Economic Offences Wing of the Crime Branch in neighbouring Kozhikode in a similar case, only to be accosted by a waiting Wayanad police.
