Chennai-based Aspire Systems has acquired Polish software solutions firm Goyello to help the former launch and scale its near-shore presence in Europe.
Goyello’s team of 120 people will join Aspire’s workforce across Poland and the Netherlands.

This is Aspire Systems’ sixth acquisition in the past five years, and the first with a delivery centre in Eastern Europe, said a press release.
Goyello’s extensive software development, project management and IT consulting expertise will help Aspire serve its European clients better from a shorter distance and with a better time overlap, the release said.
