Embraer hopes to hold first flight demo in India by mid-year

Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer will soon hold a demo of its fleet in India.

"We will do the first demo middle of this year. There is a lot of interest. But people have to touch and fly," Jose Eduardo Costas, vice-president (market intelligence) of Embraer executive jets, said.

The firm yesterday signed a pact with Air Works Pvt Limited to provide support to Legacy 500 and Legacy 450 aircraft at the India Aviation show.
