Ford India on Wednesday announced a donation of Rs 10 lakh to the ongoing Swachchhta Abhiyan (Cleanliness Drive) in Gujarat.
Mark Field, CEO of the company, presented a cheque of the amount to Chief Minister Anandiben Patel in the state capital here.
The Chief Minister had, while inaugurating Ford India’s manufacturing facility at Sanand recently, appealed to the corporate world to donate generously for the drive, aiming at providing a toilet to each household, as part of their social responsibility.
