Greaves Cotton has reported a 12 per cent rise in net profit at ₹38 crore (₹34 crore) for the December quarter. This is despite revenues dropping 15 per cent at ₹423 crore (₹515 crore).
The board has declared a second interim dividend of 40 paise a share of ₹2 each for FY-14.
On Thursday, the company scrip closed 1.47 per cent down at ₹60.50 on the BSE.
