GVK Projects and Technical Services Ltd has announced that it has acquired 42.70 per cent stake in Novopan Industries Ltd from Zinger Investments Pvt. Ltd.
In a statement to the stock exchanges, GVK Projects has indicated about the inter-se transfer amongst promoters' group. Of the 1,19,09,953 shares, GVK Projects has acquired 50,85,199.
