In a series of leadership changes, Happiest Minds Technologies has announced the appointment of Anand Balakrishnan as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Anand will report to Venkatraman Narayanan, the company’s Managing Director (MD).
Earlier this year, the company elevated Joseph Anantharaju from Executive Vice-Chairman and President of the PDES Division to the role of Co-Chairman and CEO. Narayanan had been serving as both MD and CFO until this latest transition.
Balakrishnan has held senior roles at organisations including Marsh McLennan (formerly JLT), GE Healthcare and Mindteck.

Anand is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and Certified Public Accountant – American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a graduate degree in commerce from Bangalore University.
