Heritage Foods (India) Ltd has entered into an agreement with Mahindra EPC Services, Mumbai (a group company of Mahindra & Mahindra) for execution of a 2-MW solar power plant at Masjid Adavi and Mulugu Mandal in Medak district of Andhra Pradesh on a turnkey basis.
The solar power project is expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2013, the company informed the BSE.
