Engineering and manufacturing firm Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd is seeking to consolidate its business by manufacturing critical equipment for its overseas arm Davy Markham.
The company had acquired Davy Markham based in the UK and has begun offering high precision equipment in treatment plants for nuclear and other companies.
"Hindustan Dorr-Oliver will have a new Managing Director and we are looking at expanding the manufacturing capability to serve Davy Markham clients. Not only they will add value but also bring orders," E. Sudhir Reddy, IVRCL Group Chairman and Managing Director, said.
