Honasa Consumer Limited has appointed Yatish Bhargava as Chief Business Officer to drive its next phase of growth across multiple brand categories. The appointment was announced today by the parent company of beauty and personal care brands including Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Bblunt, Dr. Sheth’s, and Staze Beauty.
The shares of Honasa Consumer Limited were trading at ₹305 down by ₹5.05 or 1.63 per cent on the NSE during the closing bell.
Bhargava will oversee business operations across brands and channels, with a focus on delivering category leadership and scaling growth across platforms. The role is part of Honasa’s strategy to strengthen its omnichannel operations and accelerate growth through consumer insights and innovation.
The new CBO brings 17 years of experience in profit and loss management across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce sectors. Before joining Honasa, Bhargava held senior leadership positions at Flipkart and Hindustan Unilever Limited, where he led category transformation initiatives and built scalable go-to-market strategies. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
