Q4 results: HUDCO net profit rises 4%, recommends final dividend of ₹1.05/share

Total income rose to ₹2,854.91 crore from ₹2,194.04 crore last year

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) reported a 3.93 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to ₹727.74 crore for the quarter ended March 2025 (Q4 FY25), compared to ₹700.16 crore in the same period last year. The company also declared a final dividend of ₹1.05 per equity share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval.

The final dividend, at 10.50 per cent on a face value of ₹10 per share, comes in addition to the interim dividends of ₹2.05 and ₹1.05 per share already paid out during the fiscal. The total dividend payout for FY25 stands at ₹4.15 per share. The final dividend, once approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid within 30 days.

Operational revenue during the quarter increased sharply by 40.93 per cent year-on-year to ₹2,820.88 crore, compared to ₹2,001.6 crore in Q4 FY24. The company’s gross non-performing assets (NPA) reduced to 1.67 per cent from 2.71 per cent a year ago, while net NPA declined to 0.25 per cent from 0.36 per cent.

Assets under management (AUM) grew by 35 per cent, exceeding the company’s earlier guidance of 30 per cent.

The shares of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) Limited were trading at ₹214.10 down by ₹3.85 or 1.77 per cent on the NSE at 3.22 pm.
