Kesoram Industries transfers Uttarakhand tyre unit to subsidiary

B K Birla Group company Kesoram Industries Ltd said after receiving its shareholders’ approval through postal ballot last month, it has transferred its Uttarakhand tyre unit to a subsidiary, Cavendish Industries Ltd, at a value of Rs 2,800 crore. The transfer is effective from April 1.
