Lemon Tree Hotels expands resort portfolio

Hospitality firm Lemon Tree Hotels has launched its first resort property in Delhi-NCR at Tarudhan Valley in Manesar and is planning to set up more resorts under the Lemon Tree brand.

As per the management agreement, Carnation Hotels, the hotel management joint venture partner of Lemon Tree Hotels has taken over the management of the resort, developed and owned by the Group Silverglades, they said in a joint statement.

Lemon Tree Hotel Company MD Rattan Keswani said: “We are delighted to add one more resort property to the growing Lemon Tree Hotels’ portfolio.

“We are exploring setting up many more resorts under the Lemon Tree brand to cater to the wide-ranging leisure needs of the Indian traveller.”

Spread around 72 acres, the resort has 70 rooms including 18 studio apartments.

“Tarudhan Valley is our flagship project in Delhi-NCR and this strategic tie-up with Lemon Tree Hotels to manage the Resort and Spa would ensure that our residents and hotel guests experience the best hospitality and F&B that Tarudhan has to offer,” Group Silverglades Director Anubhav Jain said.
