The Mahindra Agri Solutions, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra today entered into a joint venture with Sumitomo Corporation, Japan for crop care business.
In the JV, M&M will hold 60 per cent equity and Sumitomo Corp will hold 40 per cent. The new company will be called Mahindra Summit Agriscience Ltd.
