Rajiv Sawhney, Managing Director & CEO of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd, has resigned.
In a communication to the stock exchanges, the company said Sawhney has resigned due to personal reasons and the board today accepted the resignation which would be effective March 31. The board is taking steps to ensure smooth transition.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 255, down by Rs 4.65, on the BSE.
