Mahindra & Mahindra announced on Tuesday the launch of the Verito, the erstwhile Logan sedan with a few design changes. Prices for the car start at Rs 4.82 lakh (petrol) and Rs 5.62 lakh (diesel).

The Mahindra-badged Verito entry-level sedan continues to be powered by the same Renault engines, but will now sport ski racks and side cladding on the exterior. It also features chrome detailing a spoiler at the rear, new fog lamps and new upholstery. All other specifications remain the same as the Logan.

“For the first time, we are using social media platforms to unveil a new product, reflecting alternative thinking. The earlier Logan will continue to get complete service and spares support from us,” said Mr Rajesh Jejurikar, Chief Executive, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra.
