MIC Electronics Ltd as a lead bidder in consortium with Kiran Impex, Hyderabad has been selected to supply LED lights to municipalities in Rajasthan.
The company had participated in a tender in May 2015 floated by Energy Efficiency Services Ltd for design, manufacture, supply, testing, installation (retrofit), and commissioning of LED streetlights and other related works for eight municipalities of Rajasthan.
The order is for supply of 3,19,145 LED streetlights to seven clusters. Out of seven clusters, MIC stood L1 (1st lowest bidder position) for five clusters and L2 (2nd lowest bidder position) for two clusters, MIC Electronics informed the BSE.
