Mr Vishnu Agrawal, General Manager, Integrated Trading Desk and Treasury Management, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, (ONGC) has taken charge as Director (Finance) of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL).
A press release by MRPL said here Mr Agrawal took over as the Director (Finance) of MRPL on Monday after receiving his appointment order from the Union Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on April 1. He has been appointed for five years, and will serve on the board of MRPL.
Mr Agrawal has been associated with MRPL as Group General Manager (Finance) since June 2010, in addition to his current assignment at ONGC, it said.
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr Agrawal has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounts, commercial, international trade, treasury, corporate finance, marketing and management information systems, it said.
With this appointment, MRPL has two fully functional directors — Director (Technical) and Director (Finance) — other than the Managing Director.
