NMDC Ltd has posted a net profit of ₹ 595.16 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016 as compared to ₹ 421 crore for the corresponding quarter previous fiscal.
Total Income of the iron ore mining major increased from ₹ 1,517.6 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 to ₹ 2,498 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
For the nine months ended December 2016, the company logged in a profit of ₹ 2,077.6 crore and income of ₹ 5,957 crore as against a profit of ₹ 2,253 crore and income of ₹ 4,927 crore respectively for the corresponding nine months previous fiscal.
