Pitti Laminations Limited has announced that its shareholders have approved the change in name of the company to “Pitti Engineering Limited.”
It has three manufacturing facilities with four integrated business verticals, including tool room, and employs about 1,700 professionals and workmen directly and indirectly. The Hyderabad-headquartered company’s products includestator and rotor core assemblies, die cast rotors and assemblies and traction motors.
According to Sharad B. Pitti, Chairman and Managing Director, “The new name would reflect the company’s evolution over the past few years and the future focus.”
The name change, approved and passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on April 11, 2018, will be effective on receipt of fresh certificate from the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad.
