Prestige Estates gets new CEO

The board of directors of Prestige Estates has elevated Venkat K Narayana as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company from Executive Director – Finance & CFO. Venkat K Narayana has been involved in the companies’ operations and growth and several strategic initiatives to success. He was instrumental in the listing of shares on Indian exchanges and for entering into several strategic joint ventures. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant and a law graduate.
