Proman Infrastructure Services Ltd, manufacturers and suppliers of crushers, screening and grinding systems, has announced plans to open a new manufacturing facility at Bidadi near Bangalore.

The company simultaneously is to set up sales and support centre in north and east India to achieve its target of a Rs 100 crore company within next three years.

Besides its fully functioning plant at Kumbalgodu, Proman’s Bidadi plant would be set up to supplement the company’s manufacturing capacities.

R.S. Raghavan, Managing Director, Proman Infrastructure Services, said, “On the manufacturing side, we will begin construction in February at our Bidadi unit. We have acquired an industrial land of two acres with a factory area of approximately 40,000 square feet post completion.

“When the facility is ready we plan to shift the manufacturing of some of our major products like screens, washing systems and other heavy fabrication materials to the new unit,” he added.

Further he added, “Though we have marketed our products nationally, we have secured a comparatively stronger consumer foothold in southern and western India. So, now we are strategically focusing on northern and eastern India by setting up our sales and support centres, as these will ensure closer tracking of the region we are planning to map.”
