The board of directors of Sagar Cements Ltd has recommended a dividend of 20 per cent for the year ended March 31, 2011. This would amount to Rs 2 per share, the Hyderabad-based company informed Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday. The stock closed at Rs 135.90 on the BSE after losing 1.45 per cent.
