Skootr launches centre at DLF Cyber City

Skootr, a start-up which develops co-working office space and also provides customised office space for multinationals (MNCs), on Tuesday announced the launch of its co-working office centre at DLF Cyber City in Gurugram.

Puneet Chandra, Co-Founder and CEO of Skootr said, “We have received unprecedented response for our facility in DLF Cyber City. There is a huge uptrend in Delhi-NCR for demand of managed and co-working office spaces. We have signed on some of the established Indian and European brands, who wanted to open their offices in India.”

Occupancy

Major MNCs as well as Indian companies have their offices at the co-working centre and from mid-September, the companies have started occupying the office space. The facility in Cyber City is expected to be fully acquired by October.

“We should be able to reach 95 per cent occupancy by next month. With the addition of this 7th centre in NCR, we are amongst the largest co-working office players in Delhi NCR and our total seat capacity is now at 3,000”, added Chandra.

The company which provides co-working spaces to start-ups, freelancers, SMEs, BPOs as per their requirement has its presence in Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai and Jaipur. Skootr which has collaborated with DLF, Supertech is also planning to expand across major cities as there is increase in demand for managed and customised co-working spaces.
